Azul's Big Move to NYSE American - What Do You Think?

So guys, just heard Azul is planning to list on the NYSE American by June 2026. That's a pretty big step for them, right? They've already got their shares on the Brazilian B3, but now they're going international with this NYSE American listing. They'll be using the ticker 'AZUL' once they start trading. Kinda cool to see a Brazilian carrier making moves like this.

I'm curious what this will mean for their business. Will this change how they're viewed in the global market? Also, do you think this could lead to more investments in their fleet or maybe expanding their routes?

I'm not super familiar with how these listings work, but it seems like it could open up more opportunities for them. Maybe it'll attract more international investors. What do you guys think? Is this a game-changer for Azul or just another step in their growth? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this!
Listing on NYSE American could definitely boost Azul's visibility. It might help them attract US investors who might not have been keen on investing through B3. More capital could mean new planes, more routes, or even better services. But it's not a guaranteed success. They'll need to prove they can compete globally, not just in Brazil. I wonder how this will affect their pricing and routes in the US market. Curious to see if they'll start more US-bound flights.
