Hi everyone! I'm planning a visit to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) next month and I'm excited to do some plane spotting. I've heard that LAX offers some fantastic opportunities for photography, especially for capturing arrivals.
For those familiar with the airport, what are some of the best locations to set up for spotting arriving aircraft? I've heard about the In-N-Out Burger on Sepulveda Blvd being a popular spot, but I'm curious if there are any other locations that offer great views.
I'm particularly interested in getting shots of international heavies like the A380s and 777s. Also, I'd love any tips on the best times of day for lighting and traffic.
Lastly, I'm thinking of bringing my Canon EOS R with a 100-400mm lens. Will this be adequate, or would you recommend any other gear? Looking forward to your suggestions and thanks in advance for your help!
