I've been an AAdvantage member for a few years and recently accumulated a good number of miles through a combination of flying and the Citi / AAdvantage Platinum Select World Elite Mastercard. I'm hoping to redeem them for a business class flight and would love your insights on the best ways to maximize these miles.
Specifically, I'm interested in routes to Europe or Asia, ideally with a partner airline for a unique experience. I've heard great things about Qatar Airways Qsuite and Cathay Pacific's business class.
Does anyone have recent experiences or tips on finding good award availability with these partners or any other valuable redemptions? Also, any advice on how to effectively search for availability or if there are sweet spots in the AAdvantage award chart that I should be aware of?
