So, Akasa Air is launching new direct flights from Jaipur to Mumbai and Bengaluru starting October 11, 2026. Pretty cool that they're expanding their network like this. Jaipur's a major tourist spot, so it makes sense. Plus, it's neat that they're adding Udaipur soon after.
The flight times seem decent too. From Mumbai, the flight leaves at 9:10 a.m. and gets to Jaipur by 11:10 a.m. Heading back to Mumbai at noon. On the Bengaluru side, it arrives in Jaipur at 10:50 a.m. and leaves at 11:30 a.m. to head back.
I think these new routes could be a game-changer for business folks and tourists. Easier access for sure. But I wonder how it'll affect other airlines serving these routes. Could get competitive.
Also, do you guys think the demand will be enough to keep these flights running in the long term? And how do you feel about Akasa Air's overall strategy to grow in Rajasthan?
Curious to hear what you all think!
