Hey everyone, I just read that DFW is opening their new Terminal F next year and it's going to have these full-glass jetways. That's pretty cool, right? You don't see that at a lot of US airports. I think it's going to be awesome for passengers to get a clear view of the airfield while boarding. Makes the whole flying experience a bit more exciting, seeing all the action outside.
I wonder how this will affect those who are a bit nervous about flying. Maybe seeing the runway and planes up close calms some people down? Or does it make them more anxious? Personally, I'd love it. Feels like a step towards making airports feel more open and less like you're herded through a maze.
Do you think other airports will start adopting this kind of design? Or is this just a DFW thing for now? Let me know what you guys think!
