Air France Drops Denver-Paris Route - What's Next?

So, Air France is axing their Denver to Paris nonstops after five years. Kinda bummed about it, honestly. They started this back in July 2021, right when things were starting to open up again post-pandemic. Guess the numbers just weren't enough to keep it going, especially with United jumping in.

United's swooping in with a daily service using their 787-9 starting in May 2027. That's gonna be a game changer with year-round flights. Air France was only doing three to five flights a week, so having a daily option should make it easier for folks planning trips. Plus, United's got that huge domestic network in Denver for connections, which is something Air France couldn't really match.

Kinda curious to see if this means SkyTeam's done with Denver for good, or if they might try to come back somehow. And what do you all think about United's chances of keeping the route busy during the winter months? Seems like it'll be a bit of a challenge. Any thoughts on whether Air France or another SkyTeam airline might make a comeback?
Yeah, losing Air France is a bummer, but United's daily service sounds promising. The 787-9 is a sweet ride, and with their connections, it might work out better than Air France's limited flights. Winter might be tricky, though. People aren't exactly flocking to Paris in January. I wouldn't count SkyTeam out just yet. Maybe Delta or another partner could step in if demand picks up. It's all about that competition. Keeps things interesting for us travelers! Anyone heard rumors about other European airlines eyeing Denver?
United taking over with daily flights is definitely interesting, especially with their strong network in Denver. But winters could be tricky. Not sure how much demand there is for Paris flights in the colder months. I wonder if they'll offer any special promos to keep those planes full. As for SkyTeam, maybe Delta could step in with a seasonal service. They've got a decent setup at both ends. Wouldn't be the same as Air France, though.
I think United's got a good shot with this route, especially since they can pull in a lot of connecting traffic through Denver. But yeah, winters could be a bit rough. Not sure how many people are keen on visiting Paris when it's cold and dreary. As for SkyTeam, maybe Delta could step in with a seasonal route if they see enough demand? I wouldn't count them out just yet.
