Air Comet's Old Execs in Hot Water Over $104 Million Bankruptcy!

Wow, just saw that some of the ex-execs from Spain's Air Comet are facing a huge bankruptcy charge-$104 million! That's a massive amount. Air Comet hasn't been around for a while, right? They went bust back in like 2009, I think. Crazy how these legal things can drag on for so long.

I wonder what exactly they're being charged for. It must be serious for that kind of money to be involved. I remember Air Comet mostly for their flights between Spain and Latin America. They tried to expand pretty rapidly, but we all know how that turned out.

Does anyone know more details about what these charges are all about? Also, how common is it for airline execs to face charges like this years after the airline goes under? Seems like it would be a big headache for them, but maybe it's more common than I think.

Anyway, I guess it's a reminder of how messy the airline business can be. Would love to hear what you all think!
