Just Inherited a Stack of Airline Timetables - What Next?

Started by PTYFlight20 • 1 months ago • 1 replies • 88 views
So, I recently inherited a pretty cool collection of airline timetables from my uncle. It's a mix of stuff from the 60s through the 80s, and I'm kinda blown away by how detailed these things are. I mean, they're like little time capsules of aviation history. Got a bunch from Pan Am, Eastern, and TWA.

Here's the thing, though - I'm pretty new to collecting, and I'm wondering what the best way is to start categorizing and preserving these. I've heard some folks use binders or display them in frames, but I'm not sure what would be best for timetables. Also, any tips on how to assess their value, or is it more about personal enjoyment than investment?

Would love to hear how you guys handle your collections or any cool stories about unique finds. Thanks!
