So, American Airlines just announced they're rolling out this new onboard cleanliness program called OneCabin. It's supposed to kick off from six of their hubs soon. I guess this means they're finally tackling those complaints about dirty cabins and broken stuff. Honestly, it's about time, right? We've all been on a flight where the seat's worn out or the entertainment system's busted. Not exactly the best experience when you're stuck in the air for hours.
I think it's pretty cool that AA is taking some steps to improve things. But I'm curious to see how effective this will really be. Are they just going to give everything a quick wipe-down, or are they going for a full overhaul of the interiors? Also, how often do you guys think they'll actually stick to this cleaning schedule? It's easy to announce big plans, but follow-through is where it gets tricky.
What do you guys think? Will this make you more likely to fly with them, or do you think it's just a bit of PR talk? Let me know your thoughts!
