Sky Up Nistru Expands Fleet with More B737-800s!

So I just heard that Sky Up Nistru is wet leasing more Boeing 737-800s. Pretty interesting move, right? I guess they're trying to ramp up their operations or maybe meet some higher demand. The B737-800 is a pretty reliable workhorse, so it makes sense.

I'm wondering what routes they might be planning to expand or if they're just beefing up existing ones. Anyone have any insights on that? I mean, wet leasing usually means they're in a hurry to get more planes in the air, so maybe there's something big happening behind the scenes.

Also, does anyone know who they're leasing from? That's always interesting to me. Some airlines have pretty interesting leasing partners.

Overall, I think it's cool to see smaller airlines like Sky Up Nistru making moves. It might shake things up a bit in whatever region they're operating in. Curious to hear what you guys think about this expansion. Good move or not? Would love to hear any insider info or thoughts on how this might affect their competition.

Let's chat!
Yeah, B737-800s are solid for short to medium-haul routes. If Sky Up Nistru is leasing more, they're probably looking at boosting frequency or maybe adding new destinations. Wet leasing usually hints at a short-term need, so maybe they landed a deal with a tour operator or something? As for who they're leasing from, I think Smartwings has been a big player in leasing out 737-800s. Wouldn't be shocked if it's them. Anyone else heard more on this?
