Anyone Used Citi ThankYou Points for Qatar Airways Qsuites?

I'm looking at transferring some Citi ThankYou Points to Qatar Airways Privilege Club to book a Qsuite. Has anyone done this recently? I've heard mixed things about the availability and the transfer process. Apparently, Avios from British Airways and Qatar Privilege Club are interchangeable now, which should help, right?

I'm planning a trip from NYC to Doha in March, and really want to experience the Qsuite. Seems like the Holy Grail of business class. Just wondering if it's worth the hassle or if I should consider another route or airline. Also, any tips on checking availability or maximizing the points would be awesome!
