So I've been using the Chase Sapphire Reserve for a couple of years now, mainly for the lounge access through Priority Pass. Can't lie, it's pretty nice to have a place to relax with some free snacks and Wi-Fi before a flight, especially during layovers. But with the annual fee creeping up to $550, I'm starting to wonder if it's still worth it.
I know there are other perks like the travel credit and 3x points on dining and travel, but I'm mostly interested in hearing everyone's thoughts on the lounge access benefit. Anyone else feeling the pinch of the annual fee? Have you found better value elsewhere, maybe with another card or program?
Thinking of switching to something like the Amex Platinum, but not sure if the Centurion Lounges make a big enough difference. Would love to hear your experiences and if you think Chase Sapphire Reserve still justifies its hefty price tag!
