Delta Air Lines Retires Final Boeing 777 - Thoughts?

So I just read that Delta has officially retired its last Boeing 777 from the fleet. Kind of the end of an era, right? I guess they're shifting the focus to more fuel-efficient models like the A350 and A330s. Makes sense, but I can't help feeling a bit nostalgic about the 777s. They were such a staple for long-haul flights, especially over the Pacific. I remember flying on one from Atlanta to Tokyo a few years back. Super comfy for a long haul.

Anyway, I think this move might be smart for Delta given the current focus on fuel efficiency and cost-cutting. But I wonder how this will affect their route flexibility, especially for some of those long international routes.
