Air Arabia Adds Daily Flights to Aleppo!

So, Air Arabia just announced they're starting daily flights between Sharjah and Aleppo starting July 4, 2026. That's pretty cool, right? They're using their Airbus A320s for this route, which makes sense since it's a workhorse for these kinds of flights. Departures from Sharjah will be at 08:00, and you'll land in Aleppo by 10:35. Seems like a good morning flight.

I think it's interesting to see Air Arabia expanding more into the Syrian market. Aleppo was a pretty major city before the conflict, and it's good to see airlines trying to rebuild those connections. Wonder how the demand will be? Do you guys think this will encourage more airlines to start flying to Aleppo again?

Also, curious about what this means for the local economy. More flights can definitely boost things, but with the ongoing situation in Syria, who knows how it'll play out. Anyone here flown into Aleppo recently or have thoughts on this new route? Would love to hear what you think about Air Arabia's move. Seems like a big step for them!
It's an interesting move by Air Arabia. Aleppo's been through a lot, so connecting it back with regular flights could be a boost. I wonder if they'll face any operational challenges given the region's situation. As for demand, it might be a mixed bag initially, but if things stabilize, more airlines could follow. Haven't flown there recently myself, but I'd imagine it brings some hope for locals looking to travel or do business. Curious to see how this plays out!
