La Compagnie Extends NYC to Nice Flights Year-Round - Thoughts?

Started by BoardingSIN25 1 months ago 1 replies 52 views
So, La Compagnie's making its NYC-Nice route a year-round thing starting in 2026, not just a summer gig anymore. They're gonna fly twice a week during winter with their all-business-class A321neo. Pretty wild, right? I mean, Nice isn't just about beaches. There's a lot happening there even in the off-season. Plus, using Newark instead of JFK or LaGuardia seems smart since Newark's more chill and they've got their lounge there.

I think it's cool they're betting on premium leisure travelers who want comfort without the big airline chaos. It's a niche move but makes sense with Nice's growing off-season appeal. Wonder how it'll work out against United's seasonal service though? Also, do you guys think more airlines will start doing this niche, year-round stuff instead of just sticking to peak season? Let me know what y'all think!
