Trying to Book ANA First Class with Virgin Points - Any Success?

Started by PHLAirside47 1 months ago 3 replies 69 views
Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out how to book ANA's first class using Virgin Atlantic points. I heard it's one of the best deals out there, but I've never done it before. Has anyone had any luck with this recently? I'm looking at a trip to Tokyo next year, and I'm not sure how far in advance I should be booking to snag those seats.

Also, do I need to call Virgin Atlantic to book, or is there a way to do it online? Would love some tips on how to make this happen, like which routes might have better availability or if there's a best time to check.

Any advice or recent experiences would be really helpful. Thanks!
I tried booking ANA first class with Virgin points last year. It's a killer deal if you can snag it. Best tip? Book as soon as the calendar opens, like 330 days out. Availability's tight, especially on popular routes. You gotta call Virgin to book it. A bit of a pain, but worth it. Keep an eye on flights departing from the West Coast-seems to be slightly better availability. Good luck!
Yeah, it's a sweet deal but can be tricky to nail down. Definitely call Virgin Atlantic, they're super helpful, and sometimes the online system doesn't show all availability. Try looking for flights during mid-week, as weekends tend to fill up faster. I'd also suggest being flexible with your dates. Sometimes shifting a day or two can make all the difference. Good luck with your booking!
