While most airlines are cramming in more seats, JAL's sticking to comfort with their "Sky Wider" seats. They're giving passengers 33-34 inches of pitch on the 787 and 777. That's way more than what you usually get these days.
Honestly, it's a nice change. Flying long-haul in economy can be rough, and having a bit more legroom can make a big difference. I think it's pretty cool that JAL is prioritizing comfort over just packing in more people. Makes me wonder if other airlines will start doing the same or just keep squeezing us in.
