Boeing 777X vs. Airbus A380: Which Would You Fly Long-Haul?

Hey everyone, so I've been thinking about the whole Boeing 777X vs. Airbus A380 debate for long-haul flights. It's kinda interesting how they're two different beasts. The A380 is a giant, carrying over 500 passengers in a three-class layout, but it's got four engines and isn't exactly the most fuel-efficient.

On the flip side, the Boeing 777X, with its GE9X engines and composite wings, is said to burn way less fuel. It fits about 426 people, so not as many as the A380, but it seems like a sweet spot for airlines trying to avoid the A380's complexity. Emirates is in this dilemma too, trying to figure out which way to go.

I'd go with the 777X for a long-haul flight. The A380 is cool with its space, but the 777X seems more practical with better fuel efficiency and modern tech.
