Scanwings says goodbye to their Phenom 300

So I just heard that Scanwings in Finland is retiring their standard Phenom 300 variant. It's kind of interesting because the Phenom 300 has been a pretty solid workhorse for them. From what I know, it's got great performance and decent range for its class. I wonder if this move is more about upgrading to newer tech or maybe cutting costs?
